(1) In accordance with Section 56 of the Act, the driver shall submit an application in accordance with Schedule-21 to the office issuing such license along with the fee as per Schedule-3 for the renewal of driver's license. (2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), when applying for the renewal of driver's license, a certificate of health in the format as per schedule-18 should also be attached.
(3) If there is an application for the renewal of the driver's license according to sub-rule (1), the office shall, after conducting the necessary investigation and deeming it appropriate to renew such driver's license, renew the driver's license subject to the Act and other provisions mentioned in this regulation, and register the driver's license as per Schedule-19. It should be prepared and kept.
(4) If a driver's license issued by one office is renewed by another office in accordance with sub-rule (3), the renewing office shall inform the office that issued such driver's license as soon as possible, and if such information is received, the office that issued driver's license shall also process the renewal of such driver's license. 23 should be mentioned in the registration book.
